Ceremony

Speakers are placed for where the guests are sitting. A microphone is provided for the officiant and for readings, and the processional, interlude and recessional music is cued to your order of service.

Outdoor ceremonies are checked in advance for wind and for where the power is.

Reception

The music comes from your must-play list, your do-not-play list and the room on the night. Dinner, dancing and the end of the evening are each set at a different volume.

Guest requests are taken unless you would rather they were not.

MC and announcements

Introductions, toasts, cake, first dance and last dance. Names are checked with you beforehand, and a microphone is set up for anyone giving a speech.

Equipment and planning

Sound equipment for the ceremony and the reception is provided and set up, and the details are confirmed with your venue beforehand: access time, power, and whether any of the venue's own system is worth using.

Before the day we agree a timeline and a music plan in writing.
